A TRIBUTE TO THE 40TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE COMPACT DISCThe
SOURCE WHITE CD t-shirt is a tribute to the appearance of the compact disc, or CD, in 1982. This period marks the beginning of the digital audiovisual era and opens the beginnings of a new world. For its 40th candle, Sebastian Strappazzon, our designer, was inspired by the very first advertisement to create an artwork.
The visual is drawn in a retro style. We discover a fine hand, manicured, which carries a CD at the end of fingers on a black and blue gradient background. Our logo AVNIER and its baseline Audio Visual Work Wear both appear on the lower part of the print.
We chose a weight of 180g/m2 for this 100% GOTS certified organic cotton t-shirt. A multicolor digital print was used for the artwork on the front of the garment.
