First introduced in 1989, the Si-18 Premier is an iconic representation of K-Swiss’ dedication to honoring athletic heritage while optimizing performance for future design. This reissue of the award-winning style combines elements of classic K-Swiss tennis, such as a premium leather upper, with innovative engineering that introduced the world to the groundbreaking Silicone Formula 18 for which the shoe is named. Along with a vintage ski boot-inspired D-R Cinch lacing system and an asymmetric single-density PU midsole, the Si-18 International Heritage provides unmatched comfort and support in a timelessly recognizable silhouette.

Adding modern tech to the original 1986 design, the Gstaad ’86 has an all leather upper, a stitch and turn perforated toe box, and double layered 5-stripes that blends into a ghillie loop D-Ring lacing system for ideal support. The striking upper is built atop the recognizable cupsole with cut and buff EVA and rubber for modern comfort along with timeless style.

The Si-22 Premier is the epitome of modern heritage and sports sophistication. This style modernizes the original iconic Si-18 Premier from 1989 and makes it more sleek and refined for today. You’ll find direct cues from the Si-18 Premier such as the quarter saddle construction, perforated toe box, back quarter heel logo, articulated midsole lines, and woven label tongue have all been reinterpreated in a more sleek and refined way. You’ll also find new additional features such as the updated TPU D-rings, custom metal top eyelet, quilt padded tongue with terry lining, tapering perforations, back heel jewel logo with custom artwork, TPU heel clip, and rolled edges. The midsole is an updated lightweight PU midsole and outsole is a non-marking Aösta rubber compound. The overall shape and last has been refined to be much more sleek and streamlined than the original Si-18 Premier to give it a more sophisticated touch.
