About recycled polyester
It's made mainly from recycled PET plastic bottles. The production of recycled polyester does not use petroleum, a scarce resource on our planet, i.e. it saves natural resources and energy as well as the use of chemicals. It eliminates plastic from our nature, which might otherwise have come to an end. It emits less CO2 and uses much less water in its production than virgin polyester.
