Regular leg openingHigh waist Organic cotton straight leg casual fit jeans. These jeans are made of dry denim, composed of 80% organic cotton and 20% recycled cotton. From an point environmental perspective, this is a very nice denim. And aesthetically, it's just as soft. It has a light, medium blue hue, reminiscent of denim from the 60s and 70s. Its texture, with its rich hand, open structure and clear, diagonal serpentine lines, further enhances the nostalgia of the 60s and 70s. The denim will develop a beautiful patina with wear and wash - a salt and pepper grain combined with a very light mottling effect. And where the denim is subjected to abrasion, a flatter structure will emerge with clear serpentine lines - a combination of attributes that will produce a lovely pair of worn jeans.As with all dry denim, we recommend at least 6 months of daily wear before premier washing. This is, of course, only a recommendation. Washing earlier and more often also works great, but be sure to hand wash or use a gentle machine wash cycle. As long as you take care of your jeans, they will in turn reward you with an evolving patina that may well give you the best washed jeans of your life.
