Rab Women's hooded jacket Vital

Made from our own Atmos™ fabric with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish that is free from fluorocarbons, the hooded Vital jacket is both wind and water-resistant. Weighing just 130 g and highly compressible, it is ultra versatile and can be easily packed into your backpack for spring and summer mountain trips, providing instant protection against the wind when you need it. Breathable, quick-drying, with a classic fit: it stays comfortable all day long.

The hood features a stiff peak, a volume adjustment system at the back, and elastic openings to keep it in place when the wind blows. The jacket has a full-length YKK® zipper with an internal storm flap to prevent air from getting in and a fold-down chin guard to prevent the zipper from rubbing. A smart snap closure on the chest allows the zipper to double as a vent to release heat while keeping the jacket secure. The offset shoulder seams ensure comfort under a backpack. The elasticated cuffs keep the wind out, and the two zipped pockets provide space for your gloves or beanie when needed.

For all altitude activities, from mountain running to ridge hiking, including mountain biking.
