Discover the comfort and durability of the two-material rain boots Botalo, combining style and performance for all your adventures.
Thanks to their ecological WILTEX membrane*, the Fypper 2 boots are waterproof even after several washes and/or dry cleanings and promote good foot ventilation. Their mid-calf height allows for better freedom of movement and certain comfort compared to a standard pair of boots.
The eco-friendly ONSTEAM microfibre lining is 100% breathable and can absorb 8 times its weight in water. Thanks to its thermoregulating effect, it offers maximum comfort and total drying. Moisture does not accumulate inside the shoe as the fabric promotes evaporation to keep your foot dry at all times. Hypoallergenic, antibacterial, and antimicrobial, this microfibre does not produce odors.
The quality and durability of the selected materials certainly make these boots top quality, thanks to their thick leather and rubber sole. Very non-slip, the sole is hot-injected directly onto the leather, ensuring a perfect and durable bond. Non-marking and very strong, the sole can withstand hydrocarbons and heat up to 300 °C.
The reflective band at the top of the boot ensures good visibility in all weather conditions. The Fypper 2 has been adopted and worn at sea by many sailors for over half a century. We can't count the transatlantic voyages they have accompanied.
Tip: If you wish to wear thick winter socks under your boots, or prefer to be more comfortable, we recommend choosing a size up from your usual size.
* WILTEX membranes contain no PTFE, the production, disposal, and incineration of which can release substances considered ecologically problematic. This membrane is 100% recyclable.
